Downtown Beloit sees increased demand for urban housing options
BELOIT, Wisc. (October 10, 2022) – A new residential housing option is coming to Beloit with the construction of the second phase of Wright & Wagner Lofts, located on the corner of Grand Avenue and Broad Street along the river in the heart of downtown Beloit.
This addition is set to feature 83 total residential units including 12 studio, 41 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom floor plans to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. The luxury apartments will feature many of the high-end amenities that can be found in the first phase of Wright & Wagner Lofts, including stainless steel appliances, Delta fixtures and quartz countertops.
Residents of Wright & Wagner Lofts will have access to private and contained parking, a dog park with dog washing station, and grilling areas. This riverfront property provides residents with a front row view of the new ABC Supply Stadium, home of the Beloit Sky Carp minor league baseball team, as well as walkability to everything downtown including the Ironworks Campus, popular bars and restaurants, fitness facilities, entertainment options and a host of recreational opportunities.
Named after the Wright & Wagner Dairy which once stood on the site, the building's design and architecture pays homage to the city of Beloit’s blue-collar industrial roots by incorporating industrial elements throughout the building and in each unit.
“Beloit has transformed into an all-encompassing live, work and play destination and we’re seeing a greater demand for urban housing options,” said Rob Gerbitz, CEO of Hendricks Commercial Properties.
“We’re proud to provide these upscale residential properties that give residents full access to all the amenities that can be found in downtown Beloit.”
Construction of the riverfront property is underway and is expected to be complete during summer of 2023. For more information about Wright & Wagner or to inquire about pre-leasing, visit www.wrightandwagner.com.
