Application
Applicant(s) must be of legal age to apply, 18 years or older. Each adult or co-signer must complete a separate application. Please be advised that providing inaccurate or incomplete information on your application, or at any time in this process, is grounds for immediate denial. Applications will be processed in the order in which they were received.

 

Financial & Employment Requirements
Employment must be verifiable. If no employment history exists, applicant must show means of financial support. The gross monthly income of the household must be three times the base rent of the apartment home applied for. Proof of income examples: paychecks, W-2, SSI, etc.

Residential History
A full year of previous residency must be verifiable. Applicants are required to have excellent payment history and fulfilled all terms of any
applicable lease agreement. Eviction records are grounds for immediate denial. If applicant is in the process of an eviction, the application will be held in abeyance until final court disposition.

Occupancy

For public health, occupancy guidelines have been created. A maximum of two people per bedroom will be allowed. Studios are considered to have one bedroom. Any persons under 12 months of age are not considered in the head count of the unit.

We are required to, and proudly do, comply with all Federal, State and Local fair housing regulations. Accordingly, we are not able to make

Pet Policy

We love dogs and cats!  No size or breed restrictions.  Limit: 2 pets per apartment home

$200 pet fee

$100 refundable pet deposit

Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet

Additional Amenities 

Indoor Heated Garage Parking: $150/mo (27 spaces available)

Surface Lot Covered Parking: $75/mo. (9 spaces available)

Open Surface Parking: No Fee

Indoor Storage Units:  $50 - $75/mo

Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping and drug use are not permitted on the premise .
